Part two of our woodland festival wedding styled shoot.
We teamed up with some of Yorkshire’s best wedding suppliers to collaborate on this woodland, festival style wedding inspiration shoot. The styling and floral design was created by Lucy MacNicoll in Knaresbrough and I love the combination of hot pinks and oranges with the soft meadow grass that I chose for these portrait images of the couple.
I love to shoot wedding portraits. I choose simple, uncluttered backdrops and areas with beautiful flattering light. I like to always shoot with a shallow depth of field to give my images a soft, dreamy look. Detail shots make a set of images all themore interesting and I like to photograph them with the same look and feel as my people pictures to produce a body of work that fits together.
So many gorgeous details on this shoot – the raspberry pink tie and the faded pink colours that make the naked cake by Sarah of Choose cake so special. The moss on the tables and the slices of tree trunk are so beautiful. I adored the floral crown!
This is the second of a three part post – a styled shoot with some amazing fellow Yorkshire wedding suppliers.
